When Celene Ballinger took the Fuzzy Navel property, in her profile (as a bot) it said to contact Chikaa Masala.
Chikaa did not respond to any note cards either. Are Chikaa and Celene one and the same?

of course “anything” is possible, but from my own personal experience with both I’m fairly certain they are not the same individuals. Likely what occurred is the bots bunched up as they sometimes do and likely you were actually looking at Chikaa’s profile thinking it was Celenes. I’ve had this misunderstanding happen on a few occasions with the Babenco Bros. I can assure you I’m not either.
