We have many land transactions daily, if you have sold a land to us by mistake (mispriced), contact us (Note card) and we will gladly work with you to resolve it. Permit up to 24 hours for us to get back to you.”
THis lady was very nice and returned my land that I accidently put up for sale. I learned now that land bots are real and will never make a mistake such as that ever again

Well so far hanna is declining the note card so ,,It’s not looking good. *shrugs*

Just found this blog, dig. What a great resource. I had a mistake some months back and the Hana bot picked up my land. The handlers returned the land to me within hour or so after I explained what happened, quite gracious. thx ; )
same problem here, 512 m² of group land stolen in the middle of our mainplot 8000 m² due to a mistake from us.
land was stolen within seconds ! just trying now to contact everyone in that group and hope to get it back, we want to sell our mainplot in original shape

I wanted to sell a land placed in Yalu 192,224,138, of 2560 sqm.
I put it to sell. I wanted to sell it for 33075l$, and it ended out wrote as 3075l$.
When i realised, that there was an error i went back to correct it, but my land was sold.
It was bought by a Group, “Spicy Chicks Estate”, owned by janu Akina.
I have been trying to contact either the group or the owner, but unluckly whit no success untill now. Even more she sold the land really
quick to other group “Gold Real Estate”. She said at her blog that she will return mistaken boughts land, but this is not right as she sell my land a soon as she was able to do.

Hello again, I have some news on the sale of my land. I have spoken with Marly Toms, one of the owners of Real Estate Gold, Marly is the one who has bought my land, and I explained that she in turn will have bought a Tamica Ashbourne by 7.550L$ I have asked Marly to make contact with Tamica for claiming the repurchase of my land, but does not seem to be interested in collaborating to help me. I suspect that Tamica Ashbourne is another avatar of Hana Campese/Spicy Chicks Estate, who has chosen to make this ploy to get rid of my way easier.
I for my part I continue to insist, I posted my 40×40 on land surrounding the land sold by mistake to do a bit of pressure, from here I encourage other people who are in this same situation to do the same, I need my texture to the posters can ask me via IM, I will gladly give you my texture, and I will help as you can in the fight against bots.
Hello for the third time, I think this is the end of my problem with the land stolen, I have just returned to Yalu, and I discovered that Marly Toms, Gold Real Estate, has opted to give away land to different bots among those Ninjaland found. This whole exchange hands so fast in a land stolen gives food for thought, imagine that Marly Toms is related to these people that are dedicated to the theft of land, I will keep my posters on Yalu for an indefinite time, and I recommend to all world not to deal with Real Estate Gold nor any of its members, people seem not to be trusted.

No I didnt buy or sell my land to/from them and I never will. I tried to contact them no reaction and notecards direct will be rejected but if someone else sends it to them well thats a different story.
This looks like fraud to me and well whe will see how LL thinks about this

Hana originally bought the parcel for L$1. So for the very rare occasions she manages to beat me to a parcel she’s continuing her policy of abandoning to other bot runners all her L$1 purchases so that it’s near impossible to resolve these mistakes.
I typo’d a sale price about six weeks ago on a protected beach parcel. IM’d and dropped notecards repeatedly on all members of that land group and received no response until AFTER the land had changed hands, been diced and part of it sold on to a legit player.
The response I did receive in broken English was to the effect of “can’t find that transaction number in my translogs, f*ck off”, after which I got nothing further out of any member of that group.
i was hit by Hana last night while attempting to switch ownership of a 512 from myself to a friend of mine… in less than 15 seconds.
i have since sent out the infamous notecard to Janus Akina and am waiting to hear something back from her. let’s see if i can luck out like some of you and get my plot back.
Ditto here- seems the bot has different parameters than I thought.
My land was mistakenly set to sell for 5000L (original purchase almost 30k) and in literally 1 second it was snatched and on the market for 40k.
Multiple notecards have resulted in….
..nothing. 5 days and counting..
Well what can I say 3 hours after posting he (Janu Akina
) comes online- and sells me back the land at the 5k price.
I cant complain- it was a straight forward transaction

Why are you charging me more than twice what you paid for my land? If i had 1 minute of time i would have realized my own mistake. But your bot apparently swooped in and bought the land before i had a chance to do anything. I feel like i have been defrauded now. I am forced to buy it at your markup, but it is not right for you to charge me so much. Therfore i am impelled to report you as an abuser if we can’t resolve this further. Its so sad that this world is so full of individuals with greed. Makes me want to kill myself. I am so greaved at you and at the injustice in this world. You have added to my sighing and groaning over people. People who use business as an excuse to take advantage of others. No wonder this system is crumbling. I am very distraught over this affair. Please show me there is still people who are honest and caring and work out something here.

I just had my Land bought also – wow, what a list here (very efficient) land was bought in about 3 nanoseconds! wow, I accidently did not select the name of my partner for transfer to him
many IM’s sent, many notecards send, nothing so far (48 hours) I set a super prim location for my partner, and the Bot nabbed it so fast I could not believe it!
I certainly hope (reading here) my land will be returned to us

Well, I am simply beside myself today…after my completely Ignorant Land Sale – I was “Attempting” for my partner.. I forgot to set the “buyer” properly… I feel truly Blessed to have had Hana come and literally SAVE ME from a loss that could have been far greater…
I have nothing but good thoughts, good words, and All the Karma I can possibly send to the team at Spicy Chicks Estates.
With in less than one hour of posting my last post, they came, and gave me my land back, no fees charged (I gave them 2000L$ for my Ignorant Move, and also protecting my land from a potentially greater loss)
